• We are hiring for a Vice President – Joinery
• 📌Position Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Joinery to establish, lead and scale a world-class joinery manufacturing division.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategy, facility setup, production processes, and overall business performance.
• 📌Key Responsibilities
• Lead the establishment and growth of a new joinery manufacturing operation.
• Develop operational strategy, business plans, and long-term growth objectives.
• Oversee facility planning, setup, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and vendor performance.
• Lead machinery selection, equipment procurement, and production line implementation.
• Establish efficient production workflows, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the division.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with design, project, and commercial teams to support project delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing manufacturing and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Leverage international supplier networks and industry best practices to drive performance.
• 📌Requirements
• 20+ years of joinery or manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience establishing and scaling joinery manufacturing facilities.
• Strong background in operations, procurement, production, and quality management.
• Previous Director or VP-level leadership experience.
• Excellent commercial, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
