Vice President – Interior Design

• 📌Position Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Interior Design to lead the creative vision, design strategy and conceptual development of high-profile projects.
• Reporting to senior project leadership, this role will drive design excellence, oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of innovative and commercially viable interior design solutions.
• 📌Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall design strategy and creative direction across multiple projects.
• Drive concept development, mood boards, design narratives, and presentation materials.
• Oversee the full interior design process from concept through design delivery.
• Manage and mentor design teams, ensuring high creative standards and consistency.
• Collaborate with project, commercial, and development teams to align design objectives with business goals.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and consultant coordination.
• Oversee sourcing and selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and design elements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Champion innovation, market trends, and best practices in interior design.
• 📌Requirements
• 20+ years of experience in interior design, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in conceptual design, creative direction, and design management.
• Experience within leading design consultancies and large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
