Key Responsibilities: Ensure product flow in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved Ensure to gain new customers to compensate quite customers or to increase efficiency of route. Follow up with customers complaints to resolve their issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction Plan and schedule efficient use of manpower to increase sales in order to meet departmental objectives set by the Management Maintain highly motivated workforce by timely communications, displaying an attitude of consistency and fairness Adhere to the Nestl SHE rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety
