Dispatcher / Order Coordinator

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and coordinate customer orders through POS/ERP systems, phone calls, or online platforms.
• Assign and dispatch orders to drivers/riders based on delivery location and priority.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, store, and operations teams to avoid delays and maintain service standards.
• Track driver movement and update customers regarding delivery status when required.
• Ensure all invoices, order details, and delivery records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Handle customer concerns related to delayed or incorrect orders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain communication with drivers and operations teams throughout shifts.
• Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and hygiene/safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, order management, or F&B operations.
• Experience working with POS or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of delivery operations and route coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
