About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch industrial materials in Trucks/ships (Large scale) as per the operational requirements
- Monitor daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery or completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and reports using computer systems (in SAP)
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Track vehicle movements and respond promptly to delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Communicate clearly with drivers and stakeholders regarding schedules and changes
- Prepare daily and weekly dispatch reports as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree or Higher Diploma qualification
- **Good computer knowledge**
- , including MS Office (Excel, Word, email)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- **Experience in SAP (SD/MM/PM or related modules) is an added advantage**
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations is preferred
