Dispatch Operator I

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) :

Previous telephone phone experience is strongly preferred.

Previous experience in a medical office.

Medical Terminology experience.

● Above basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

● Must possess excellent communications skills.

● Excellent customer service skills.

● Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to accept new information and protocol easily.

Previous Switchboard, Call Center and heavy phone experience
