Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support daily operations and logistics activities.
The role involves coordinating dispatch schedules, maintaining records, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch and delivery activities.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, customers, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, inventory movements, and operational activities.
- Assist in resolving delivery and logistics-related issues.
- Prepare operational reports and update management on delivery status.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Pay: From AED1.00 per month
