We're looking for dependable Dishwashers/Heavy Duty Cleaners to help keep our kitchen operations running smoothly at The Brook.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment by ensuring dishes, equipment, and kitchen workspaces are always ready for service.

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and dish areas
• Sweep, mop, remove trash, and assist with deep-cleaning projects
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies for kitchen operations
• Support kitchen staff with basic tasks and transportation of items as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safe cleaning and sanitation practices preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability

• Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Full availability preferred throughout the week
• Ability to work a variety of shifts as business needs require
