Warehouse Systems & Operations Manager

· 21 years of age or above

· Ability to obtain a SNHD Nevada Health Department Food Handlers Card

· Ability to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card, if needed

· Ability to obtain a Serve Safe Certification, if needed

· High School diploma or equivalent, required.

· Certification or Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations & Systems Management or Logistics preferred

· 2 years or more Warehouse Operations experience in Operations & Systems or Purchasing Manager position required

Our innovative-growing company is looking for a Warehouse Operations & Systems Manager to join our team. Reports to the Director of Special Projects and the CFO.

Oversees the administration and execution of Data Systems such as; Food Trak, Agilysys, Excel Data Entry, and Integrated Casino ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) for Chain Management, in order to track and verify Vendor Pricing, PAR Levels, UOMs and Requisition workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance for Deliveries, Storage, and Returns.

Also oversees and facilitates the Chain Management for Receiving, Storage and Delivery for our Casino Hotel Resort, i.e. the Casino, Hotel, and multiple F&B Outlets including; Restaurants, Beverage Outlets, Banquets, and Culinary operations and Construction Projects.

Ensures that the Warehouse staff and procedures adhere to all Company Policies, Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) SNHD Health Department and OSHA Regulations.
