The Director Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition function and build scalable talent strategies aligned with long-term business growth.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy and forecast hiring needs with senior leadership.
- Lead executive, specialist, and high-volume recruitment; build talent pipelines across business functions and markets.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate attraction strategies.
- Oversee recruitment processes, standards, technologies, and performance metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop talent acquisition teams and recruitment leaders.
- Establish and monitor time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and recruitment-efficiency KPIs.
- Build relationships with external recruitment partners and strategic talent networks.
- Improve recruitment processes, technology, and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Leadership experience managing large-scale or multi-function recruitment operations.
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning and talent management.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing, recruitment technology, and employer branding.
- Strategic, analytical, and commercially aware approach.
- UAE or GCC talent acquisition leadership experience is an advantage.
