Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels; provide accurate product, service, and procedure information.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, seek effective resolutions, and follow up on requests, complaints, and outstanding issues.
- Maintain and update customer records; assist with feedback collection and service performance reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely support and maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities, including managing multiple enquiries and prioritizing tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications.
