Role Purpose

Performance and Leadership

• Implement global physical and information security objectives for the account and ensure operational relevance.
• Manage third-party security personnel and advise on security, safety, and operational risk.
• Monitor relevant legislation and ensure security operations are legally and regulatorily compliant.
• Identify improvements and practical, cost-effective controls for security risks.
• Support crisis planning, regional risk assessments, and site security plans.
• Govern incident management and planning; conduct or oversee investigations when directed.
• Maintain account security communications and provide reports on security plans and procedures.
• Assure guard contract KPIs, SLAs, staffing, and support for client requests and high-profile events.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring and response for intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Lead and develop regional security teams, maintain client relationships, and assure service quality.
• Train staff, maintain security standards, and coordinate with account teams, clients, and vendors.

Regional and Global Program

• Oversee physical and information security controls, standards, procedures, and guidelines across North America and support Latin America.
• Develop security training and resources, and implement safety protocols for contractors and supply-chain vendors.
• Oversee security technology innovation, sourcing, procurement, implementation, project management, and integration.
• Support regulatory compliance, program assurance, and change management related to new or revised legislation.
• Manage regional security projects, business resiliency emergencies, and crisis response.
• Oversee executive and personnel protection details and develop emergency action plans as required.
• Support security risk analysis, facility development and renovation security, and site-specific business continuity plans.
• Manage internal and outsourced security resources and maintain relationships with government agencies, security peers, consultants, and vendors.
• Serve as a global subject matter expert, developing security plans, policies, objectives, budgets, audits, and training.
• Coordinate global service-line meetings, reporting, client escalations, best practices, new services, and service-line communications.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance feedback for regional service-line teams.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of corporate security management experience within security operational management structures.
