YOUR ROLE
- The Director of Product Management - Membership will lead the strategy, development, and growth of CareScout's membership platform, a consumer-focused offering designed to help individuals and families navigate aging, caregiving, wellness, and long-term care needs. This leader will own the end-to-end member experience, including subscription offerings, care planning, clinical wellness services, care navigation, provider network benefits, Care Circle experiences, and ongoing member engagement.
- This role is responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and translating company objectives into a scalable membership platform that delivers measurable value to members while driving business growth. The Director will oversee the development of digital experiences, service enablement capabilities, operational workflows, and platform integrations required to support CareScout's evolving membership ecosystem.

- This leader will own prioritization, execution, and delivery across member-facing experiences, operational tools, platform capabilities, and critical integrations, while driving the evolution of enrollment, benefits, care journeys, wellness programs, care navigation, service fulfillment, and member engagement.
- Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Network Management teams, the Director will develop scalable products and workflows that balance near-term business priorities with long-term platform growth, using data and customer insights to drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- The role also serves as a key cross-functional leader, fostering strong product management practices, clear decision-making, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong product sense, analytical rigor, customer empathy, and the ability to lead through influence.
