Role overview

Experience and expertise

• 10+ years in operations, commercial, business analysis, project or product management, including process excellence, improvement, transformation, and performance management.
• Mandatory understanding of process management principles and improvement methodologies, such as the Six Sigma lifecycle, bundling, and offshoring.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, team leadership, change management, and project prioritization capabilities.
• Knowledge of analytics and visualization, process mining, process mapping, and process automation tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel; fluent spoken and written English.
• SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, FIS3, ODM, HL systems, and maritime, shipping, or terminal industry experience are a plus.

Tools and methods

• Examples include QlikSense for analytics and visualization; Celonis for process mining; ARIS and BPMN 2.0 for process mapping; and RPA, Alteryx, and macros for automation.
• Additional data platforms mentioned include Salesforce Analytics, QlikView, and Compass.

Certifications and travel

• Listed certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL certification.
• Occasional travel is expected.

Leadership and process excellence

• Lead regional Process and Product teams, aligning with global objectives, regional priorities, and governance standards.
• Own the regional Process Excellence framework, process landscape, methodologies, and continuous-improvement culture.
• Develop a regional Process Excellence strategy aligned with global direction and local business needs.
• Steer the regional initiative pipeline across optimization, product topics, automation, and offshoring.

Portfolio and delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional process initiatives and act as a liaison among global, regional, product, and functional stakeholders.
• Oversee the product portfolio, resources, major rollouts such as FIS3 and SAP S/4HANA, operational support, adoption, compliance, and quality.
• Drive end-to-end process harmonization and optimization for efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric outcomes.
• Lead high-visibility projects, develop plans, track milestones, and coordinate gap analysis and process mapping.
• Prepare and present stakeholder updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations; define standards, conduct audits, and establish feedback loops.
• Analyze data from platforms such as Salesforce Analytics, QlikView, and Compass to generate insights and monitor trends.
