Qualifications
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Human Resources, Business, Strategy, Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, organization design, transformation, change management, strategy, workforce planning, human capital, management consulting, or related disciplines. Proven ability to diagnose complex organizational challenges, structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, evaluate options, and deliver practical solutions. Experience supporting transformation, operating model, organization design, strategy execution, or organizational change initiatives. Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including partnership with senior executives and HR leaders in global or matrixed organizations. Ability to develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations using workforce, organizational, financial, and qualitative data. Strong project leadership skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and changing priorities. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate sensitive topics in fast-paced environments. Salary Range The expected salary range for this role is $178,121.00 - $222,651.00 per year The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors. Additional Information: Benefits eligible: This position offers health and welfare benefits, including but not limited to comprehensive health insurance, which includes medical, prescription drug, mental health, dental and vision coverage, as well as, life insurance. Bonus eligible: This position is eligible for a bonus, calculated based on individual and company performance.
