Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an exceptional Director of Residence to lead and oversee all residential operations at our luxury resort destination in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class residential experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence that define the Raffles brand.

You will drive operational efficiency, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure every resident enjoys an unparalleled lifestyle experience.

Oversee all aspects of residential operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, concierge services, and guest relations

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of residential staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Manage residential budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation while maintaining premium service standards

Ensure compliance with all operational policies, safety regulations, and Raffles brand standards

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and identify improvement opportunities

Cultivate strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and proactively

Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, integrated experiences for residents

Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to consistently exceed guest expectations

Represent the residential division in strategic planning and organizational initiatives

Stay current with luxury hospitality trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage

Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.

in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.

Experience

in pre-Opening is a must.

A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
