to lead strategic alliances across the Middle East and Africa region.
In this role, you will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term business value.
You will work closely with airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, OTAs, technology providers, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy in line with business objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships across airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, technology providers, OTAs, retail, and lifestyle brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and joint business planning activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital, Distribution, and Loyalty teams to maximize partnership value.
- Drive joint marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and revenue-generating collaborations.
- Explore new ancillary revenue opportunities and alternative distribution channels.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and ROI.
- Represent Millennium Hotels & Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, hospitality, travel, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and revenue-generation experience.
- Experience working with international brands and regional stakeholders.
- Established network within the hospitality, travel, aviation, tourism, or loyalty sectors is highly desirable.
