About The Role
We are searching for a Director of Housekeeping for a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar.
Housed within a landmark heritage building, this property blends architectural distinction with contemporary luxury across its rooms, dining venues, event spaces, and a private members
club.
This is a Department Head position for a leader who sets the bar high, inspires their team, and takes genuine pride in delivering immaculate standards at every guest touchpoint.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver consistently exceptional standards across all guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure full compliance with luxury hospitality and Forbes Travel Guide standards throughout the property
- Oversee daily operations, team scheduling, and individual performance management
- Manage inventory, departmental budgeting, and cost controls without compromising quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive guest experience
- Champion team training, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Proven senior Housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and high-end service expectations
- Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- A meticulous eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven in approach
