Overview

Objective of the job

Oversight, planning, and guidance of all technical and administrative activities and programs related to digital transformation planning and operations, ensuring government compliance, and actively contributing to the creation of strategic added value for systems, applications, platforms, and digital services to achieve efficiency and digital competitiveness of the authority in line with government strategic directions.

Providing proactive and effective digital solutions to address potential digital risks.

Supervising and guiding policies, methodologies, and standard manuals for digital transformation and digital project management at the authority and emirate levels, proposing necessary improvements to reach the highest levels of compliance, reliability, and dependability of digital systems and applications according to the best local and international practices.

Working to improve the quality of digital services provided and enhance the satisfaction of the authority’s clients/customers to the highest possible levels.

Building partnerships with relevant institutions and entities in the fields of planning and digital transformation at all levels and creating effective digital communication channels between the authority and all governmental departments, institutions, and society to support the emirate’s competitiveness as the best global digital experience.

  • **Master’s Degree** in International Relations, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related fields, with a minimum of **12 years** of relevant experience, including at least **4 years** in supervisory roles.
  • **PhD** in International Relations, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related fields, with a minimum of **10 years** of relevant experience, including at least **2 years** in supervisory roles.
