Overview
- A leading Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia require a Project Director to join the team.
- Based in Riyadh the successful candidate provide overall leadership ,governance and client advisory for FM delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, Hard & Soft Services.
- The Director leads client engagement, contract performance, financial control, resource strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement—ensuring outcomes align with client priorities, standards, and agreed SLAs/KPIs.
- Applicants should meet the following criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field / Postgraduate qualification desirable
- CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), PMP/PRINCE2.
- 15+ years in Facilities Management (hard and soft services).
- At least 5–7 years in a client-side consultancy or managing agent role, working with FM contractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-profile facilities in government or corporate sectors.
- CAFM/CMMS: Maximo (or equivalent), Power BI, Enterprise reporting tools, Portfolio risk tools, ERP interfaces, governance systems
- Experience in the Middle East ideally Saudi Arabia
