Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree Computer Science, Business or Healthcare related field combined with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare Information Services management OR
  • 10 years of experience in the field of healthcare information technology
  • Understanding of ITIL service methodologies

Responsibilities

  • The Director of Digital Workplace Services responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategically partners with multiple departments to assist with the evaluation proposed application technologies
  • Coordinates requests for application technologies with the appropriate governance committees
  • Manages application transition services including application upgrades, and patches using approved methodologies
  • Oversees all application implementation including clinical, financial/business, patient management, eHealth, and infrastructure applications
  • Ensures that all projects are managed to established methodologies, time lines and budgets, and monitors and reports results to INTEGRIS management
  • Oversees all application upgrades and enhancement projects, ensures projects are managed to established methodologies, time lines and budgets
  • The Director of Digital Workplace Services responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Strategically partners with multiple departments to assist with the evaluation proposed application technologies
