- Ensure design quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture or urban design.
- 16+ years of experience in master planning and urban design.
- Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and township projects.
- **Strong experience delivering projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.**
- Demonstrated track record with leading consultants or developers in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and design coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
