About the role

Compensation

• Full-time salaried employment with a stated salary range of £121,000 to £137,000 depending on experience, plus stock options.

Location

• Remote in the UK only.

What they are looking for

• At least 8 years of analytics experience, including 3 years managing or leading a team.
• Deep SQL skills, including complex CTEs, window functions and query optimization.
• Experience running a cloud data warehouse; Snowflake is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on dbt or comparable transformation-layer experience.
• BI tool evaluation, migration or scaling experience and sound judgment about tool tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate operational data into executive decisions and communicate across functions.
• Remote-first distributed-team experience.
• Nice to have: IoT, sensor or computer-vision data; Python; startup scaling; complex operational industries; or mentoring managers.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics architecture, from Snowflake and dbt through the BI and reporting layer.
• Set BI tooling strategy and evaluate alternatives such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Hex or Mode.
• Lead, hire and develop analysts and analytics engineers.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success and Engineering on metrics, self-serve reporting and analytical work.
• Set data modeling, testing and governance standards for dbt models.
• Own data security and access controls across the warehouse and BI layer.
• Deliver executive reporting on product availability, store performance and inventory accuracy.
