- The role requires a senior operational leader who can bridge strategy and execution, manage cross-functional teams, improve workflows, control project delivery, and ensure that all media-related activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the media function, including planning, production coordination, campaign execution, client delivery, and internal workflow management.
- Ensure proper coordination between media, creative, production, client servicing, digital, and commercial teams.
- Oversee operational priorities, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery standards across all active media projects and campaigns.
- Identify operational gaps, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Translate business and client strategies into clear operational plans and execution roadmaps.
- Support senior management in developing media strategies, growth plans, service offerings, and operational improvements.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and media industry developments to recommend new opportunities and solutions.
- Ensure that media operations are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and commercial targets.
- Work closely with client servicing teams to ensure client briefs are complete, realistic, and properly translated into execution plans.
- Maintain high standards of client delivery, responsiveness, communication, and quality control.
- Step in when required to manage critical client issues, escalations, delays, or delivery risks.
- Ensure that client expectations are clearly managed from briefing stage through final delivery.
- Oversee the planning and execution of media campaigns, productions, activations, content projects, and related deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Review project progress, cost control, timelines, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Establish reporting tools and dashboards to monitor pipeline, workload, project status, and operational performance.
- Lead, guide, and develop media operations teams, project managers, coordinators, and related support functions.
- Set clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and accountability across the team.
- Promote collaboration between departments and ensure proper communication between creative, media, production, finance, procurement, and client-facing teams.
- Ensure proper vendor selection, pricing negotiation, contract follow-up, quality control, and delivery monitoring.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets related to media projects, campaigns, production, manpower, and vendor costs.
- Recommend actions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase operational profitability.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in media, operations, advertising, production, marketing, or agency environments.
Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably within a media, advertising, creative, events, or communications agency.
Strong understanding of media operations, client servicing, campaign execution, content production, vendor management, budgeting, and team leadership.
Experience
managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects at the same time.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to control costs, improve profitability, and support business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle senior client/stakeholder relationships.
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED37,000.00 per month
