Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading leaders, including manager or director-level talent
• Strategic planning and business transformation experience
• Enterprise or multi-functional leadership experience
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience presenting to executive leadership teams or boards
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, large-scale change initiatives, or enterprise strategy work
• Program Commitment
• Participants are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the Holman Leadership Rotation Program, including rotational assignments, leadership development experiences, mentoring, and cohort learning. Successful participants demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth, adaptability, and expanding their leadership capabilities through diverse experiences across Holman.
