Forecasting and financial analysis

• Develop and maintain the long-term financial plan and coordinate the annual budget with business departments.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze variances against budgets and prior forecasts.
• Prepare financial-results deliverables and executive presentations.
• Conduct financial and operational analyses, special projects, and business decision support.
• Develop analytical tools and models, define KPIs, and report on performance trends.
• Verify financial data and reports, and provide financial support to other business units.

Pricing and profitability analysis

• Assess product profitability and update cost, pricing, and market assumptions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on business needs and internal pricing tools.
• Use Power BI to report financial trends and provide insights for planning and decisions.
• Analyze client profitability, prepare reports, and recommend ways to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with financial software such as Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP and financial modeling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop tools.
• Additional education, certifications, or distinctions are a plus.
