Experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global organization of approximately 30 employees, including people managers.Provide technical leadership across software engineering, architecture, application development, integration and automation.Lead development across low-code, enterprise development platforms and fully custom applications.
  • Drive engineering quality and consistent adoption of established SDLC, architecture, security and engineering standards.Drive modernization, simplification and lifecycle management of the application landscape.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery for selected third-party workplace solutions, including vendor, lifecycle and service management.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and sustainable solutions.
