Analytics strategy and leadership

• Define analytics strategy and priorities aligned with business needs, emphasizing forward-looking analytics and business impact.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team and build its capabilities from reporting toward insight generation.
• Track external developments in GTM analytics.

Stakeholder partnership

• Partner with IT, Finance, senior executives, and other stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and influence decisions.
• Coach client groups to present and use insights; consult executives and subject-matter experts to identify emerging business problems.
• Prioritize requests for analytics team support.

Data integrity and insights

• Evolve GTM data definitions and identify emerging business metrics with global and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate resolution of data integrity and inconsistency issues.
• Maintain and optimize recurring CRO reporting and deliver regular and ad hoc performance insights.
• Use complex analytics platforms and data mining to develop predictive and prescriptive recommendations.
