  • Facilitate retrospectives, implement improvement actions, and establish reusable planning standards.

Stakeholder influence and decision-making

  • Communicate scope, schedule, resources, funding, risks, dependencies, and budget changes; establish escalation paths.
  • Advise leadership on risk acceptance and investment decisions, making options and tradeoffs clear.
  • Design decision frameworks and executive program reporting; evaluate evidence, assumptions, risks, and business value.

AI practices and capability development

  • Standardize templates, reporting, tools, and decision frameworks; evaluate program-management tools and train practitioners.
  • Define governance for AI-enabled program tools, including human review, controls, and accountability.
  • Coach Technology Program Managers and build communities of practice and standards across dependent organizations.
  • Develop adaptive plans that combine human and AI-enabled work and continuously validate assumptions and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Requires 5+ years in technology project, program, or portfolio management or a related discipline, including leadership of complex programs across teams.
  • Requires experience in program strategy, planning, governance, cross-functional delivery, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Requires experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders, facilitating decisions, negotiating priorities, and managing tradeoffs.
