A leading education institution in Ajman is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Director, Executive Office to serve as a trusted partner to the organisation's senior leadership team.
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving strategic priorities, ensuring organisational alignment, supporting executive decision-making, and overseeing the successful execution of key institutional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of strategic priorities across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
- Provide high-level advisory support and decision-ready insights to senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability, alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate governance processes, executive meetings, and strategic projects
- Manage executive communications, briefing materials, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Monitor progress against organisational objectives and identify risks, challenges, and opportunities
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, executive leadership support, consulting, or organisational transformation
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven track record of driving execution and delivering results across diverse teams
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and judgement
