About This Role
About the Role:
King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC) is seeking an experienced Director – Enterprise Solutions Management to lead enterprise platforms across airport operations, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, and support critical business and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall strategy, planning, and governance of enterprise solutions across the organization.
• Oversee implementation and lifecycle management of ERP, HCM, Finance, Procurement, and airport-related systems.
• Ensure integration between enterprise systems and airport operational systems (e.g. passenger, baggage, operations platforms).
• Drive system standardization, eliminating duplication and improving efficiency across platforms.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and architecture standards for all enterprise solutions.
• Manage relationships with system vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance to ensure service quality and system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulations (e.g. NCA, SDAIA).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms to improve automation and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system capabilities.
• Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and release management processes.
• Manage enterprise systems budget, cost optimization, and value realization (ROI).
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and incident management processes.
• Act as escalation point for major system issues impacting airport operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across solutions, applications, and support functions.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years in enterprise systems including leadership roles.
