Director, Corporate Functions FP&A

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the SG&A Center of Excellence and establish an enterprise-wide view of SG&A spending.
• Support technology investment planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Consolidate and analyze spending across functions, business units, and cost centers.
• Develop enterprise reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights from complex financial information.
• Lead annual planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews for supported functions.
• Build finance and business partnerships to align investments and resource allocation.
• Develop and coach a team consisting of a manager and analysts.
• Support executive reporting and improve financial transparency, performance management, and FP&A capabilities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong FP&A leadership experience in planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on budgets, investments, and financial performance.
• Experience managing and developing finance professionals, including managers and analysts.
• Experience leading or supporting SG&A planning, reporting, or enterprise-spend management.
• Knowledge of capitalization concepts and financial considerations for technology organizations.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizations and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management capabilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting a CIO or technology organization.
• Public-company FP&A experience, including exposure to earnings cycles and enterprise-management processes.
• Experience building FP&A capabilities, reporting frameworks, or centers of excellence.

Compensation

• Estimated U.S. base salary range is USD 187,000–281,000 per year.
• Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case; benefits may vary by location and eligibility.
