Overview
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our global expansion through our critical pillars in e-commerce sales growth and strategic M&A.
Based in Dubai, you will oversee our international scaling efforts for women’s fashion while managing a robust investment pipeline of both buy-side acquisitions and sell-side opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect and execute data-driven global sales strategies to scale e-commerce revenue across multiple international markets and digital platforms.
- Identify and negotiate high-impact alliances with global fashion retailers, tech providers, and influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Lead end-to-end M&A activities, managing a dual pipeline of buy-side acquisitions to expand our portfolio and sell-side initiatives for strategic exits.
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling, valuation, and commercial due diligence on potential women’s fashion brand targets and investment opportunities.
- Direct the operational integration of acquired entities to ensure synergy capture, cultural alignment, and sustained growth.
- Manage the growth budget and P&L, making high-stakes decisions on resource allocation between organic sales scaling and inorganic acquisitions.
- Leverage global fashion trends and e-commerce innovations to position the business as a dominant player in the western fashion segment.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or relevant discipline. MBA Preferred.
- Must have a 10+ years of executive experience in e-commerce strategy and M&A, specifically within the women’s fashion industry.
- Possess a proven track record of managing complex buy-side/sell-side deals and scaling multi-million-dollar digital sales channels globally.
- Expertise in financial engineering, cross-border negotiations, and a deep understanding of the UAE and international retail landscapes are required.
