Director Agile Program Management - Director - Financial Services

As a Director Agile Program Management, you will operate across our business either running a large and complex transformation program or delivery across a portfolio of accounts.

You will be responsible for executing and refining digital strategy to ensure profitability for existing business.

You will bring together world class, multi-disciplinary teams that develop exceptional work to deliver both the client’s business objectives, and meet the needs of the digitally savvy, discerning consumer.

The role goes beyond just checking and communicating a plan.

You suggest, challenge, motivate and lead our teams and clients.

You have both breadth and depth to lead large multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise level engagements.

You are able and willing to roll up your sleeves when you need to and able to step back and take an advisory role when it is called for.

You will manage complex, multi-track projects by balancing scope, risk, time, cost, and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes high performance standards and a positive work culture.

You are always at least one step ahead and anticipate problems long before they occur.

You will build intimate and trusted relationships to make sure our clients know we are here to make them successful.

You understand the consumer, brand, the industry and the marketplace.

You know the client organization’s inner workings.
