About This Role

Job Description Senior Associate -Product Manager As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with clients and our engineering & product teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation by understanding business and end-customer needs and continuously deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

Qualifications Your Skills and Experience: Must Have skills:

• Hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience is mandatory for success in Client s environment.
• 2–4 years of BA or application support experience.
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, basic SQL).

Good to have skill:

• Exposure to Endur or other CTRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Any BA-focused training or coursework.

Set yourself apart with :

• Examples of clear documentation or analysis that unblocked senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative in learning trading or CTRM concepts.
