Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director at AppLabx.
The Director will oversee the strategic direction and overall operations of the company, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects and business growth.
Responsibilities
include managing cross-functional teams, driving new business opportunities, spearheading client relationship management, and aligning organizational goals with market trends.
The Director will also ensure the company maintains its innovative edge in technology, marketing strategies, and analytics while fostering a strong company culture.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with a track record in team management and client relationship building
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Web and Mobile Application Design and Development
- Expertise in marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
- Experience with data analysis, Google Analytics, and building custom dashboards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote working environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in technology consultancy or digital marketing sectors is highly desirable
