Direct Support Professional

Location: Sheboygan, WI | Type: Non-Exempt

Pay: Average starting wage is 16.88- 17.50/ hour based on a premium pay/ blended rate model and schedule + Daily Pay option

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Based on Full Time Status

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
