  • Great Pay & Fast Cash: Earn an average starting rate of $17.44/hr (48 hours) or $18.08/hr (36 hours) with weekend premiums, weekly pay, and a daily pay program option .
  • Flexible 12-Hour Shifts: Choose a 3-day (36 hours) or 4-day (48 hours) work week to maintain an excellent work-life balance.

  • Behavioral Care & Safety: Implement specialized support plans using targeted training to effectively manage verbal or physical aggression while maintaining strict professional boundaries.
  • Daily Support & Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living—including hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation—while protecting their individual rights and treating them with absolute dignity.
  • Shift Dependability: Maintain a clean, comfortable, homelike environment and remain on duty at program locations until relief staff arrives to ensure resident safety.
  • Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Skills & Resilience: Comfort working under stressful conditions, managing physical crisis situations, and communicating effectively in English to complete daily logs.
  • Background Checks: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred).
