About This Role
The Role
This is a senior, individual‑contributor sales role focused on winning new logos, expanding SecurityHQ’s regional footprint, and strengthening strategic client relationships across the Middle East. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to deal close and account growth.
Supported by a Business Development Representative and marketing specialists, you will lead solution‑based, consultative selling of SecurityHQ’s MSSP portfolio to mid‑market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from needs analysis and solution design through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to penetrate new verticals and regional markets
- Build and maintain a strong, high‑value pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry relationships
- Deliver compelling, value‑based presentations and proposals tailored to client security and business challenges
- Consistently forecast accurately and achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long‑term, value‑driven partnerships
- Identify and convert upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the SecurityHQ services portfolio
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI, value delivery, and growth opportunities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with technical delivery and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and commercial strategy
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and client records within CRM systems
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within cybersecurity, MSSP or MSP
- Strong understanding of managed security offerings such as MDR, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience selling subscription‑based or platform services with a focus on long‑term client value
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in identifying account expansion, renewals, and long‑term growth opportunities
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Confidence using CRM tools and managing complex sales pipelines
- 7+ years’ experience in sales, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role
- Experience selling into the Middle Eastern market is essential
