Digital Transformation executive

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digitalization Strategy s Transformation

 Define and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning AI and technology initiatives

with business goals.

 Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

across functions.

 Oversee data analytics and reporting using AI/BI tools to deliver actionable insights while ensuring data

governance and compliance.

 Drive AI adoption through training, SOP development, and structured change management initiatives.

 Support marketing and communications with AI-enabled content and automation, maintaining brand

consistency.

 Establish AI governance frameworks, including tool selection, vendor management, risk control, and cost

optimization.

 Track KPIs, measure ROI, and report digital transformation progress to leadership.

2. ERP Management

 Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous enhancement of ERP across departments.

 Act as system administrator, managing users, access controls, workflows, and data integrity.

 Translate business requirements into system configurations, customizations, and scalable solutions.

 Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support decision-making.

 Manage integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics

systems).

 Conduct user training and maintain clear system documentation and SOPs.

 Oversee system performance, upgrades, backups, and vendor coordination, ensuring reliability and issue

resolution.

3. IT Support s Infrastructure

 Provide first- and second-level technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 Manage IT infrastructure, including devices, networks (LAN/WAN, VPN), and cloud platforms (Microsoft

365 / Google Workspace).

 Enforce IT security standards, including access control, patching, and endpoint protection.

 Oversee IT vendors, software licensing, and compliance.

 Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring performance, uptime, SEO, and alignment with

marketing needs.

4. Perform other related duties as required.

5. Coordinate with relevant service providers as needed.

Qualifications s Experience:

 4-5 years of working experience.

 Required 2–4 years of hands-on ERP experience (Odoo experience is required)

 Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
