Job Purpose
Support the development, positioning, and growth of Smart Cities, BIM, and Digital Solutions by serving as a subject matter expert and bridging business needs, customers, technology partners, and delivery teams.
The role focuses on product support, solution design, market analysis, customer engagement, and driving adoption of digital products and smart technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and enhancement of Smart City, BIM, and Digital products and solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital transformation, BIM, smart infrastructure, and connected technologies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends in Smart Cities and digital solutions.
- Support sales teams with product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and customer workshops.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into product and solution recommendations.
- Promote and support products related to: Building Information Modeling (BIM)/Digital Twin Platforms/Smart Buildings/IoT Solutions/GIS and Geospatial Solutions/Common Data Environments (CDE)/Smart City Platforms/Asset Management Systems/Energy & Sustainability Solutions/Data Analytics and AI-enabled Products
- Coordinate with technology vendors, software providers, consultants, and project teams.
- Develop product documentation, use cases, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum
- 5–8 years of experience
- in Product Management, Product Support, Smart Cities, BIM, Digital Solutions, PropTech, or Technology-related roles.
- Experience with BIM platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital Twin, GIS, Smart Buildings, IoT, and digital transformation technologies is highly desirable.
