We launched the world's first knowledge-grounded multi-agents AI platform to support every child to think like a founder, act like a problem-solver and grow like a future-leader. Catering to students aged 8 to 18 years, Trusity is working towards bridging the skills-gap problem by enabling students to learn, apply, and build solutions to real-world problems, whilst building skills such as problem-solving, critical-thinking, money management, business modeling, collaboration and communication.

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Product Manager who will play a key role in developing and driving the overall product strategy, product development and implementation while leading one or more cross functional teams to execute the product vision.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Product Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Digital Product Manager will oversee product lifecycle management, define and execute digital strategies, and ensure product alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for a key product area. 

• Identify and utilize AI and digital tools for content strategy, development, market launch and growth.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between academics, technology, business development, growth & marketing teams. 

• Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products. 

• Analyse existing products, user metrics, and unit economics to propose initiatives and solutions that drive user satisfaction and revenue.

• Define and analyse product KPIs to make informed decisions and measure success. 

• Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements. 

• Help drive our overall product strategy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management and Project Management expertise
• Experience in Digital Strategy and formulating innovative approaches for product growth
• Exceptional Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Robust Analytical Skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a relevant field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in ed-tech or related industries is preferred
