The company has launched a knowledge-grounded multi-AI agents platform that empowers learners aged 8–18 to think like founders, solve real-world problems, and grow as future-ready leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic planning, requirements gathering, sales cycle, internal and external partner management.
  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently meet or exceed set targets.
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with schools (B2B) and onboard them basis their requirements.
  • Proactively initiate and follow up with prospective clients over email, LinkedIn or call.
  • Achieve targets in a focused, performance driven and competitive environment.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs in the K12 sector.
  • Monitor self-performance through factors like conversion, revenue generated per lead, revenue per sale, number of students, etc.

  • Establish, develop and maintain partnership networks for the effective deployment and marketing of various products and services from Trusity’s platform.

  • Work collaboratively across cross-functional areas and departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding journey.

Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch consultatively and confidently.
  • High level of initiative, motivation and ability to network both internally and externally to identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Flexible working hours as per business needs.
