This role is designed for a performance-oriented digital marketer who thrives on driving measurable growth across paid and organic channels. You will manage and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns while also strengthening SEO performance and social media presence. Working remotely, you will support international clients primarily in markets such as the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. The position combines analytical thinking with creative execution, requiring you to balance campaign optimization, content strategy, and audience engagement. You will play a key role in improving brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI through data-driven marketing decisions. Accountabilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI and performance outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign metrics, and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives based on data insights.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata improvements, and website structure enhancements.
- Manage social media accounts by planning content calendars, coordinating content creation, and maintaining consistent brand presence.
- Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and report on performance metrics across social platforms.
- Collaborate on digital strategies that align paid media, SEO, and social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Experience in social media management, content planning, and audience engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with international clients across time zones.
- Experience handling multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously is highly preferred.
