- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and X.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across digital channels.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and support SEM initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
