Marketing Team Leader
المهام :
قيادة الفريق: إدارة وتوجيه فريق التسويق وتحفيزهم لتقديم أفضل أداء إبداعي.
الاستراتيجية والتخطيط: بناء وتطوير الخطط التسويقية السنوية والشهرية بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة ورؤيتها.
إدارة الحملات: الإشراف على إطلاق الحملات الإعلانية
دراسة السوق: تحليل اتجاهات سوق الأغذية والتغذية، ومراقبة المنافسين، وفهم احتياجات المستهلك بدقة.
الهوية التجارية: ضمان اتساق الهوية البصرية والرسالة التسويقية عبر جميع المنصات وقنوات التواصل.
المؤهلات:
خبرة لا تقل عن [4سنوات] في مجال التسويق، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور قيادي أو إشرافي.
خبرة سابقة وقوية في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B)، المطاعم، أو شركات التغذية والصحة.
معرفة عميقة بأدوات التسويق الرقمي (Digital Marketing)، تحليلات البيانات، وإدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
مهارات استثنائية في القيادة، التواصل، وإدارة المشاريع وضغوط العمل.
شهادة بكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
