About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling IT services firm operating across Saudi Arabia, we specialize in delivering next-gen digital transformation solutions—from cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity to AI-driven automation—for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and government sectors.

We’re building a high-energy, data-obsessed marketing team to own brand growth, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration through smart digital campaigns—backed by real-time analytics and conversion science.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to drive qualified leads for IT service offerings.
  • Build and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility for high-intent B2B keywords related to cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Design and automate email nurture flows using HubSpot or Mailchimp to convert leads through the funnel—from awareness to demo booking.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, create high-converting landing pages, and A/B test CTAs, ad copy, and offer structures.
  • Track KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV) using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards; report insights and adjust spend allocation weekly.
  • Run ABM-style campaigns targeting strategic accounts using LinkedIn Ads, intent data, and personalized content journeys.
