About The Opportunity
A dynamic and fast-growing player in the IT Services & Digital Transformation sector across the Middle East, we empower enterprises with tailored technology solutions—from cloud adoption to ERP modernization and cybersecurity enablement.
Based in Saudi Arabia, our team works directly with C-suite stakeholders to align technology investments with business outcomes, driving digital acceleration in alignment with Vision 2030.
We’re scaling rapidly and seeking high-impact Business Development Executives to own regional growth pipelines and build lasting client partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market IT services segments in Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct discovery meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and procurement leads to uncover pain points and match them with our IT solutions portfolio.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, RFP responses, and commercial proposals tailored to client industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Government).
- Collaborate with delivery & technical teams to shape solution architectures and ensure feasibility of client requirements.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle—from lead to close—including contract negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and handover to delivery.
- Track and report pipeline metrics, revenue forecasts, and market feedback to leadership to refine go-to-market strategy.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)
• B2B Consultative Selling
- RFP Management
- Stakeholder Management
Preferred
- Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) or Cloud Solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 digital initiatives
- Previous success in government or public sector IT sales
