Digital Marketing Specialist
About This Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, social media, email, etc.).
- Manage and optimize company website and SEO performance.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Generate qualified leads for interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms
- Good understanding of UAE market trends
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Video editing skills are a plus
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
