Overview
**PPOINT Techno Solutions** is a Qatar-based IT services firm providing software development, systems integration, cloud migration, and managed IT support.
The company delivers custom web and mobile applications, cybersecurity assessments, and digital transformation consulting to help businesses modernise operations and improve IT reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Manage SEO strategy and on-page/off-page optimization to increase organic traffic.
- Run email marketing and marketing automation (segmenting, A/B tests, drip campaigns).
- Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels; run A/B tests.
- Create performance reports and dashboards; analyze campaign KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Manage social media content strategy and community engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
- Coordinate with sales/CRM to align lead-gen and nurture strategies.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices; recommend new channels/tech.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and vendor/agency relationships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid search, display, social, and remarketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- Proficient with Excel and data analysis; experience building dashboards (Data Studio, Power BI).
- Solid copywriting and content planning skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- English fluency required; Arabic proficiency a plus.
- Eligible to work in Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Pay: QAR38.00 - QAR45.50 per hour
